Innovative Case Management Inc. (ICM) is pleased to announce that one of its consultants, Rachel Greenwood, has received her Registered Community Support Specialist (RCSS) designation, which is awarded by the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA). VRA is a national association that supports its members in promoting, providing and advocating for the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities. The RCSS designation is only awarded to individuals demonstrating a recognized level of professional competence in the field of rehabilitation. ICM applauds and supports VRA’s efforts in setting and ensuring professional standards for its members and congratulates Rachel on this well-earned designation.
