In 2004, Ellie Lapowich established Innovative Case Management Inc. after working for five years in the rehabilitation field. Since that time, the company has provided Case Management services to hundreds of clients and currently has thirteen Rehabilitation Consultants serving Southern Ontario. Our focus is the coordination of services for individuals who have sustained Catastrophic and Non-Catastrophic injuries through motor vehicle and other accidents. Our Consultants come from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including insurance, independent medical examination and private and public sector rehabilitation companies. As well, our Consultants are drawn from the fields of social work, social service work, psychology, sociology, occupational therapy and behavioural science and technology. Innovative Case Management Inc. is also proud to be involved with and support various groups and associations specializing in promoting education and awareness regarding brain injury.

Our Consultants are able to provide services in the following languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Croatian, Serbian, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

Innovative Case Management Inc. is based in the Greater Toronto Area. However, we are pleased to provide services in a geographical region that includes Barrie to the North, Kingston to the East, Niagara to the South and Kitchener-Waterloo to the West.
