Innovative Case Management Inc. (ICM) is pleased to announce that Ellie Lapowich, owner and director, is now a Registered Social Service Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (“the College”). The College protects the public interest by regulating and promoting excellence in the practice of social service workers. Registered members have specialized post secondary education and must participate in continued professional learning and adhere to a code of ethics and rigorous standards of practice. ICM applauds and supports the College’s efforts in setting and ensuring professional standards for its members and congratulates Ellie on this well-earned designation.
